OnLine Workshop April 20: Building Successful Teams & Being an Effective Team Member

Teamwork is critical to business and organizational success, yet often teams operate with suboptimal effectiveness and team members who are underutilized or even frustrated. This online workshop led by Dr. Douglass Teschner, and sponsored by Bradford, VT’s Space on Main, will explore methods to create team cohesion and support a positive team work climate, including tips to both lead teams and ways to effectively contribute as a team member to enhance team effectiveness. The 1.5-hour online workshop from 5:30 to 7 pm will provide practical tools to enhance motivation, work satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity. Each participant will be given a Personal Leadership Development Worksheet to develop a plan to strengthen individual team building skills.
