Webinar on Using Influence to Create a Positive Work Climate

On February 13, 2019, a webinar was conducted for US Department of State Passport Customer Service Managers nationwide as a followup activity to the leadership training in December 2018 in New Orleans. The webinar focused on actions that can counter negativity and help create and sustain a positive work climate with a sense of belonging and enhanced motivation, collaboration, and problem solving. After the workshop, a participant wrote, “Thank you for caring and being a support to us. Your presentations are helping.”
