US Passport Customer Service Managers Leadership Training, New Orleans
“Leadership that Inspires a Meaningful Workplace” was the focus of an all-day training on December 3, 2018 for 52 Passport Customer Service Managers from across the United States. This training was conducted on the first day of a biannual conference in New Orleans, Louisiana for these leaders in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs. Topics included Leadership Essentials, Effective Workplace Communication, Using Your Work Time Most Effectively, and Managing Expectations for Yourself and Others. Each participant developed a Personal Leadership Development Plan. One person wrote afterward, “I enjoyed the presentation and found it very thought provoking. I liked the material that you presented and your enthusiasm with the material kept me engaged.”
