Program Managers Training in Fitchburg, MA

A successful leadership training for 16 leaders from Becket Family of Services was held on December 13, 2018. This was the second training event in a year-long program integrating leadership competencies, presentations, videos, hands-on/interactive methodologies, assessment instruments, practical examples, and case studies, as well as optional coaching sessions. The training topics for this one-day event were delegation, problem solving, and conflict management. One participant said in a follow-up coaching call, “The training was wonderful. Becket is invested in my growth, which makes me feel validated. I am eager to learn so it feels good that people are helping me to grow.”
