Online Workshop: “Prioritizing Use of Your Precious Time" Thurs. Sept. 24, 12 - 1:30 pm

This workshop follows the June 30 session “Practical Steps to Up Your Leadership Game.” Are you spending the work day focused on your priorities or mostly responding to other people’s needs? At the end of the day, do you have a sense of accomplishment or does it feel more like a treadmill? Do you get caught up in seemingly urgent activities that aren’t always that important? Do you wish you had more time to spend on planning, clarifying priorities, building positive relationships, imagining future possibilities, and seeking new opportunities? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop will provide skills to help you better manage your limited and precious time, incorporating the urgent/important matrix and embracing author Stephen Covey’s advice to “Put first things first.” Participants will be provided with a personal worksheet for self-assessment, individualized goal setting, and action planning to grow their leadership skills. Admission is by donation. For more information or to register go to https://www.eventbrite.com/e/118545740501/.
