Participants Applying Skills Following Leadership Workshop in Bradford, VT & Live Streamed

“Everyday Actions that Build a Positive Work Climate” was the topic of a September 23, 2019 workshop at the Space on Main in Bradford, VT (and also live streamed). Participants learned practical tools to help create a more positive workplace that that enhances work satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity. Since the workshop, one participant shared that he has been actively writing positive notes to staff and working on having a more positive impact at his educational workplace. Another wrote that she has new ideas to improve the work culture, and she requested follow-up coaching to help put her ideas into action.
